I consult to some of Australia's most promising and ambitious small, medium and public organisations. My specialty is turning grounded research into nontrivial, profound strategic advantage and tangible services in the market.
I'm also an Industry Fellow at RMIT's School of Design (Service and Strategic Design) and lecture into the Master of Design Futures program.
My academic and practical research focus is on the exploration and application of mission-oriented innovation in an Asia-Pacific cultural context.
